Cancellations by the User

Are you having a change of mind? In case of requests for order cancellations, Aqurator reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason.


As part of usual business practice, if Aqurator receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, Aqurator shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 12 (twelve) hours of placing the order on the Site (www.aqurator.com). Aqurator will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 12 (twelve) hours from placing the order. Aqurator has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not (regardless of the 12-hour window). The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aqurator and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation. The order amount will be transferred within 10 working days or sooner to your bank account. Post 12 hours, the refund policy will apply.


Cancellations by Aqurator

Please note that there may be certain orders that Aqurator is unable to accept and must cancel.


Aqurator may not be able to accept certain purchase orders. Aqurator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or reject your offer to purchase for any reason including but not limited to:

      1. Limited inventory/quantities of product(s) available for purchase; or
      2. Inaccuracies or errors in description of product or pricing information; or
      3. Any defect found in the quality of the product; or
      4. Non-receipt of additional information requested by Aqurator; or
      5. Non-receipt of payment from credit card/debit card/bank due to insufficient funds; etc


Aqurator reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. Aqurator may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Aqurator will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account/Bank Account.


Aqurator shall not be liable to you for any direct or indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss suffered by you due to non-acceptance of your offer to purchase the products or delay in refund of your money or delay in informing you about non-acceptance of your order.
