Aqurator is an online luxury shopping destination and we focus on delivering the best quality products to you. Each piece is customised to your requirement and we make all the quality checks before sending it you.


Returns and Exchange


You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Aqurator to the User/Customer and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. 


  •  Aqurator has a zero returns policy as every product is a custom order. Aqurator is not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. 
  • Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. 
  • But, no worries, in case of any fitting issue, you may ship the product to us for alterations within 3 days of receiving the product. To send an item for alteration, the customer must write to us using our contact form on 'Contact' page. The customer can also write to us at aqurator.store@gmail.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:- 


(a) Product/Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for same product (in same size or product from the same brand - if the brand permits). 


(b) If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.


(c) Items will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products delivered without tags.


(d) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return (in unused and good condition).


(e)Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.


(f) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.


(g) Briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms, cosmetics, beauty products and pet products are not eligible for returns.There is a strict no returns, no exchange policy, no refunds policy.


(h) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 


(i) All custom made orders are non-returnable. Please double-check your measurements before placing custom orders.


(i) All early delivery orders will be considered as custom made.


(j) In case of any return/store-credit or alteration, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


(k) Once a customer emails us for alteration, our customer care representative will get in touch with them to discuss the alterations. The customer has to take care of shipping. We will not be responsible if the items get damaged in transit.


(l) In an order has more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order.Return/Refund will not be possible.


(m) We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.


(n) Discounted product/products cannot be returned.
